Villas at Good Shepherd Village

Enjoy all the independence and privacy of a single-family home without the worries of home ownership. Open to adults age 55+, our villas feature spacious, airy rooms, patios, covered porches and sunrooms so you’ll have plenty of room for entertaining.

Services included in the Good Shepherd Village monthly fee:

Kitchen and laundry room appliances
Maintenance of appliances
Interior and exterior maintenance of villa
Lawn care, leaf removal, snow removal and landscaping
Trash removal
Access to all Good Shepherd amenities, events, chaplaincy services and wellness programming
Priority access to assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care and nursing care

Poplar Ridge Apartments

Relax in the privacy of your own apartment, where you can cook at home or find dining, entertainment and social activities right next door. Open to adults age 62+, Poplar Ridge one-bedroom apartments feature beautiful great rooms and full kitchens. Residents are eligible for rental assistance through HUD.

Services included in the Poplar Ridge monthly fee:

Friendly maintenance staff
Lawn care, leaf removal, snow removal and landscaping
Trash removal
On-site laundry room
On-site gathering space
Access to all Good Shepherd amenities, events, chaplaincy services and wellness programming
Priority access to assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care and nursing care.

Wesley Village Cottages

Enjoy the security and independence of your own cottage in a peaceful country setting just three miles from the main Good Shepherd campus. A subsidized housing community with USDA, Wesley Village is open to adults age 62+, or of any age if disabled. Income limits apply, and residents may be eligible for rental assistance through USDA.

Washer/dryer hookups
Friendly maintenance staff
Lawn care, leaf removal, snow removal and landscaping
Trash removal
On-site laundry room
On-site gathering space
Access to all Good Shepherd amenities, events, chaplaincy services and wellness programming
Priority access to assisted living, rehabilitation, memory care and nursing care

All cottages have a full kitchen, porch and patio.

Wesley Commons Apartments

Choose a one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment in a secure, quiet country setting just three miles from the main Good Shepherd campus. An OHFA housing center, Wesley Commons is open to adults age 55+. Income limits apply, and some residents may be eligible for rental assistance through Hancock Metropolitan Housing.

Services included in the Wesley Commons monthly fee:

Washer/dryer hookups
On-site maintenance staff
Lawn care and snow removal
Water (other utilities are paid by resident)
Trash removal
On-site community room
Access to all Good Shepherd amenities, events, chaplaincy services and wellness programming
